Mindfulness Based Yoga
Yoga is the perfect harmony of mind, body, breath.
MINDFULNESS is the realization of what is happening in our minds, bodies, and environment right now.
Mindfulness Education for Children, developed by Eline Snel, includes techniques such as focusing on the breath, relaxation, stories, and movement.
WHY MINDFULNESS FOR CHILDREN
Carefully and consciously, they learn to be aware of the breath they are taking compassionately while practicing being in the moment.
WHY CHILDREN'S YOGA?
Children's Yoga aims to teach children to breathe correctly, to practice both yoga postures using their imagination and to maintain their body flexibility.
It supports children to discover the location of their organs, muscles, joints and spine, to become aware of them through applications, to strengthen them over time.
Improves balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
It helps children develop their creativity and self-confidence through breathing, relaxation exercises, moving poses, and stories told.
- It allows children to participate in games by having fun in a safe environment without competition, without any winners or losers.
- It develops all these gains throughout life and gives the habit of using them.
