Scientific Cooperation Protocol between Izmir Institute of Technology and TED Izmir College

TED Izmir College was the first school to initiate a mobilisation movement in education for children who lost their parents and whose houses were destroyed in the 30 October 2020 Izmir earthquake.
The scholarship applications of TED Izmir College, which undertakes the education of children who lost their homes and parents as victims of the earthquake from kindergarten to 12th grade with full scholarship within the quota, will continue until 15th November. Scholarship results will be sent to the candidates on 30 November 2020 after the evaluation.
Also with the children in the tent area
With the support of Çeşme and Urla Municipalities, TED Izmir College met with the children of earthquake victims with two separate play and education tents set up in Izmir Aşık Veysel Recreation earthquake tent area. TED Izmir College teachers and psychological counsellors read books, played games and made music with the children throughout the day. TED Izmir College education and play tent will continue to meet with children throughout this challenging process.
